I am Kathy Morrissey and I am a certified executive and leadership coach, mentor and business advisor. I am passionate about people development and believe that, with the right support, everyone has the inner and innate ability to reach their potential. 

Purple Brilliance is my coaching and mentoring practice which is dedicated to supporting individuals and teams to generate real and actionable insights, build on their potential, celebrate successes and “unlock their inner brilliance”.

With an engineering and sustainability background and 15 years experience at senior and director level in both the corporate and non-profit sectors, I have an excellent understanding of the challenges faced by individuals and teams in today’s high pressure business environments.
